CEMPI offers remote monitoring of IVF treatment, so in-person visits are concentrated at the key points of the cycle.
If you live in another state or country, your physician can coordinate part of the monitoring with studies performed in your city and review them remotely before defining each next step.
The exact visit schedule depends on your protocol and your response to treatment; your physician will detail it at your initial evaluation.
How remote monitoring works

You send your previous test results and we schedule a video consultation with the physician who will handle your case.

Some ultrasounds and lab tests can be performed where you live; your physician reviews them remotely and adjusts the protocol.

The procedures that require the clinical unit are concentrated into a few days at the branch you choose.
Questions from out-of-town patients
- How many times do I need to travel to Mexico City or Metepec during an IVF cycle?
- It depends on your protocol and your response to treatment. The procedures that do require your presence are follicular aspiration and embryo transfer; your physician will define the exact schedule at your initial evaluation.
- Can I have my tests done in my own city?
- In many cases, yes. Your physician indicates which tests can be done locally and which are better repeated at CEMPI so results remain comparable.
- How does communication with my physician work between visits?
- Once treatment begins you have direct communication with the physician handling your case to review results and next steps.
- Does the financial proposal cover what is done remotely?
- The PLANEA proposal names the included services before you commit, including coordinated remote follow-up. It is calculated individually after your evaluation.
