Clinical laboratory testing includes studies performed on biological samples (blood, urine, secretions, or other fluids) that provide information about general health and identify hormonal, metabolic, or infectious abnormalities.

Indicated for patients who need a general assessment, pre-treatment testing, evaluation of fertility-related factors, infection screening, or follow-up of clinical conditions. Your physician selects the studies individually.

Sample collection takes a few minutes. Some blood tests are available quickly, while certain cultures or specialized tests may take several days.

Hematologic, biochemical, immunologic, hormonal, serologic, and microbiologic techniques. Blood samples are processed by an external laboratory, which reports the resulting parameters.
