What is it?
Timed intercourse is the lowest-complexity assisted reproduction option: follicular growth is monitored by ultrasound, with or without stimulation, to indicate the days with the highest chance of conception.
Who is it for?
May be considered for younger couples with normal test results, irregular cycles, or ovulation disorders.
Approximate duration
It takes place within one menstrual cycle, with two to three monitoring visits.
